Patrick Roehner, a Chef with 20 years experience in different kitchens around the world. Born on a small island in germany and gained experience in europe, Australia and New Zealand, such as Sol’ring hof, a 2 michelin star restaurant on the island of Sylt and restaurant Sansibar, the busiest restaurant in Europe, with approximately 5000 people a day, a la carte in the summer season. After that I stopped in sydney to work for a tavola, a classic italian restaurant, where i gained experience in the italian cuisine such as making homemade pasta and in general classic and newschool italian dishes. I’m calling the mount my home now for the past 7 years and want to settle down for good.
